On skin not exposed to sunlight.
3. Why is it easier for some persons to sunbathe than

Because of the sacs in which melanin accumulates, called
melanosomes, which are capable of producing pigment when exposed to the sun and
protect our cells from sun damage that causes burns and skin cancer.

Yes, the color of our skin is genetically determined without
the influence of solar radiation and is called constitutive pigmentation.
